In charge of the dispatch process in the new second warehouse of Bazaar in Lahore (L2). Leading a team of 72 people, with the absolute focus on ensuring on time deliveries of SKUs. Responsibilities include rider training, monitoring rider KPIs, giving directions to Live Op’s operatives in order to successfully deliver orders. Enhancing the operations functions by applying the Locus software to work out the delivery routes.
