I am an Associate in the PPP Department of the Directorate General of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye, specialising in external financing for public projects. My expertise includes EPC-F methods for infrastructure projects, focusing on financial cost calculations and external financing negotiations for major high-speed railway lines.I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gazi University and am pursuing a master’s in Economics at the Social Sciences University of Ankara. My recent research, approved in November 2023, explores the role of export credit agencies in financing public infrastructure within the green finance framework.
