I have been officially designated as a "Young Leader" at BRAC Bank PLC, having started my journey with the Young Leaders Program (YLP) which is the flagship management trainee program of BRAC Bank PLC. After successfully competing with more than 50,000 canditates from all over the country, followed by a difficult 6-month probationary period with the YLP journey, I'm now one of the 57 confirmed full-time employees!As a "Young Leader," I will be immersed in a year-long professional development program that provides a comprehensive overview of multiple BRAC Bank functions. Not only is "The Young Leader Program" a job, but it's a life-changing opportunity that gives us the ability to learn and spearhead improvements within the banking industry using our fresh perspectives.Grateful for the opportunity that BRAC Bank PLC has given the "Young Leaders" to embark on a fast-track career in one of the finest financial institutions in the country.
