* Developing Project Execution Plan and documents required for Equipment, Tools and Material transfer in coordination with the Project Manager. * Teaming-Up with Project Manager and Engineering teams to develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules during the development phases. * Putting Together Procurement requisitions and Collaborate with engineering to supervise Material Scheduler/Planner for project material and equipment technical approvals. * Reporting to the Project Lead on assigned projects, overseeing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases. * Coordinating and liaising with company engineers and contractor engineers to ensure project deliverables align with objectives. * Executing assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable procedures, and standards, including HSE, Quality, and financial guidelines. * Leading a team of direct and indirect personnels, ensuring the safe delivery of projects within agreed scope, budget, and schedule. * Crafting Reports and Dashboards to get a clear overview of the Project Progress, Budget and Schedule.* Managing the Engineering Contractor during the design, procurement and execution phases. * Overseeing procurement activities by the Engineering Contractor and internal departments, aligning with the project's scope of work. * Maintaining synchronisation between stakeholders, including Engineering, Contractors, Vendors, Operations, HSE, and Quality. * Planning and execute field work in collaboration with Construction Management, Quality Management, HSE teams, Contractors, and Vendors. * Keeping tabs on contractor progress, ensuring adherence to man-hour, cost budgets, and project schedule. Report deviations and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Providing input to the project controls team for cost and schedule reporting. * Confirming comprehensive documentation of scope changes, coordinating the review of change order documents.

•Working hand-in-hand with the Planning department to ensure seamless turnaround execution.•Assisting the Planning team by providing the required spares, services and time frame required to complete all activities.•Liaised with Area-wise stakeholders to ensure all Spares and Materials are Procured and delivered before time with ZERO delays.•Ensure Quality Checks are conducted on all incoming Equipment, Tools, Material, Spares and a record is maintained of the same.• Working in coherence with the operations team and optimizing schedule according to their feedback.• Identification and closely monitoring of critical path activities since inception.• Keeping a daily update of the progress of TAM execution and ensuring it complies with the planned schedule. Also, coordinating the same with the management, operations and contractors.• Preparation of Turn Around maintenance packages, identification of resources and services.• Perform verification of spares and maintenance services and ensuring material is in accordance with standards and effective staging is done.• Enable timely work permit issuance protocol to ensure effective time management and proper job coordination amongst contractors.

• Liaison with Contractor, Consultant & Client.• Design Review and Supervision of the Installation of Plumbing, Drainage and firefighting systems.• Manpower and material planning for project execution and timely completion.• Estimation of different Engineering Materials and Equipment’s based on the shop drawings.• Ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawing, specification and work plan, adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.• Follow-up/procurement of the materials for timely delivery to meet the project deadline.• Attend project coordination meeting and take corrective action accordingly to solve related issues.• Liaise with Main Contractor for site works coordination and manage Subcontractors for smooth progress of works.• Manage Consultant and Clients inspection at site for preliminary as well as final handing over of the system.• Submission of the daily, weekly and the monthly progress report and preparation of the project time schedule.• Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost.• Review Contractors submittals (Equipment’s Data Sheet, Inspection & Test Plan and Installation Operation & Maintenance Manual) related to the discipline and ensure its compliance with concept design, contract requirements.• Reviewing the Pump Head Calculation for the selection of Pump Head.• Attend technical meetings with client/contractor and weekly progress meetings with the client.• Co-ordinate with internal QS/Main Contractor’s QS for invoicing, payment collection etc.

• Develop, review and improve equipment PM plans.• Perform maintenance services and technical evaluation for spares and ensure material in accordance with standards.• Prepare weekly analysis reports.• Ensure PM plans are effectively executed.• Preparation of Turn Around maintenance packages, identification of resources, services.• Prepare scope of work for contractor’s job execution and contractor evaluation.• Lead and execute major shut down and turnaround activities.• Participate in preparation of MOC packages.• Ensure implementation of Reliability Based Inspection plan.• Evaluation of service contractor performance.• Spare management for static equipment.• Ensure compliance of department KPI’s according to set protocols.• Implementation of best practices to optimize work and resources.• Participate in Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures/ damages.
