As a member of the Board of Directors Affairs department at Saudi Railway Company for 1 year and 6 months, I supported the General Secretary of the Board of Directors. My responsibilities included preparing all essential materials for Board and committee meetings, whether on site or off-site, and managing the Board's centralized portal, "Convene," as the administrator.I also performed various budget management tasks, including estimating and preparing annual budgets, as well as creating and managing Excel sheets for rewards and remuneration for the Board and its committees. Additionally, I was responsible for circulating and archiving Board and Executive Committee resolutions, ensuring all materials were reviewed before being presented to the Board and Executive Committee.One of my major contributions was preparing a bi-weekly presentation for the Chief Executive Officer, providing updates on ongoing projects across various departments. I also corresponded with PIF and MoT requests, handling all government relations matters related to the Board of Directors. My work at Saudi Railway Company honed my skills in project management, communication, and organization, which I continue to apply in my current role.
