I currently hold the position of Assistant Manager in Compliance & EHS at r-pac (Bangladesh) Ltd., leveraging over eight years of experience in Social Compliance and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management. My professional journey began after completing my BBA from International Islamic University Chattogram, where I embarked on my career as a Junior Executive in HR & Compliance at Birds Group, developing a solid foundation in compliance management. I further honed my expertise as Executive Compliance at Next Accessories Ltd., specializing in regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.To complement my professional achievements, I have pursued advanced education, including an MBA, and postgraduate diplomas in Human Resource Management, Social Compliance, and Fire Safety Management. I am also currently undertaking a Master’s in Environmental Science at Jahangirnagar University, reinforcing my commitment to environmental sustainability and professional growth.My areas of expertise include managing factory compliance with a strong emphasis on employee relations, health and safety, fire safety, chemical management, environmental protection, welfare initiatives, and comprehensive auditing practices.
