As an ICT infrastructure Senior Program Manager, I oversee and coordinate various projects related to the deployment and expansion of broadband networks and services. Spearheaded strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and resource control are essential for delivering programs that contribute to national development goals and bridge the digital divide.The primary duties are :• Planned, designed, implemented, and evaluated broadband programs aligned with the national development agenda and the ministry’s strategic plan.• I led and coordinated program teams and ensured effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, such as other ministries, agencies, vendors, and contractors.• I manage program resources, costs, risks, issues, and changes and implement appropriate verification and control methods.• Communicate program status, deliverables, and expectations to senior management and clients and resolve conflicts or problems.• Led end-to-end procurement process, from RFP creation to successful contract award, demonstrating vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management expertise.

Ericsson’s SPOC for Technical Facility Management Asset, Inventory, and Rehabilitation - Digital Transformation in Technical Facility Management - with the primary client (stc).Key Responsibilities:• Establish the TFM Digital Platform services to help utility customers and the O&M team monitor and control assets operation to decide whether to repair or replace equipment. • Initiate the TFM asset life cycle management process by providing the customer with guidance about critical mechanical and electrical asset lifecycle management.• To boost customer service by establishing and maintaining a data-gathering process for all assets.• Gather existing TFM asset database and guide the customer to implement tags and labels consistently and effectively to customers’ assets.• Assist the customer in budget expenditure prioritization of CAPEX rehabilitation.

Responsible for the daily performance of the STC network operation and maintenance in the Riyadh District.Key Responsibilities:• Tasked with ensuring full NW operational and maintenance effectiveness for Riyadh district.• In charge of the “Crises management team” for rapid resolution of NW emergencies• Act as Huawei’s SPOC for the Riyadh MS mega project with the primary client (STC)• Supervising top management periodic operational reports• Provide necessary management troubleshooting assignments.
