LaPalma is a project of Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate co.It is a diversified residential compound consisting of 132 luxury Villas in north of Riyadh. With a wide scope of Electrical works, It has abundantly contributed to my field knowledge. My duties at the project were;Key Responsibilities Receiving of Elevators in 132 villasAll villas are equipped with KONE elevators. As representative engr, my duties are; Time and work planning in coordination with KONE and lapalma leasing team. Testing of elevators, checking emergency automatic and manual rescue operations and functioning of all systems.Electrical operations of LaPalma ProjectSupervising a team of 18 electricians to perform wide range of electrical works and managing the electrical requirements of Lapalma compound in coordination with procurement team.  Implementing & observing Electrical safety measures at site. Installation of street lighting poles. Installation of spike lights, bollard lights in external areas of villas and walkways. Coordinating with Al Ojaimi co. [SEC Subcontractor] for replacement & installation of KWh meters.Electrical maintenance works in LaPalma compoundTroubleshooting of intermittant maintenance issues, these include; Attending Elevator breakdowns; performing emergency rescue operations, arranging Kone maintenance team visits for rectification of errors & replacing of elevator parts. Rectifying electric short circuts and power issues in villas, external area lighting sytems, Booster pump panels, Road cateyes, automatic arm barriers.Preparation of Electrical Infrastructure As Built Drawings of Lapalma compoundAs Built drawings of following Electrical systems were prepared. Medium Voltage power layout [13.8 kV, 500 mm2 Main cables trajectory and RMU loops, from SEC fed MRMU to the transformers]  Low Voltage power layout [300 mm2cables from Transformers to Distribution minipillarsand then 70mm2cables to kWh meters at 400 V voltage level]
