Abdullahi Bashir-Haske is the founder of the AA & R Investment Group, a Nigerian conglomerate with diversified interests in a variety of industries, including agriculture, energy, logistics, and information and communication technology. As the Group Managing Director, he provides executive leadership and champions the strategic objectives of all the subsidiaries. Abdullahi has a proven track record of successfully establishing thriving businesses in Nigeria's key geographic regions. He started his career in 2005 as an entrepreneur offering diverse services in several sectors of the Nigerian economy such as construction, procurement, and oil/gas services. Since then, he has developed and consolidated these businesses into a diversified conglomerate of over ten subsidiaries.Abdullahi’s entrepreneurial vision has birthed several businesses including H & W Rice Company Limited; a leading rice miller in Northeast Nigeria, Mars Exploration and Production Limited, an indigenous E & P company with interests in strategic oil mining leases in Nigeria and Etihad Oilfield Services Limited, an indigenous turnkey drilling company recognized for its active participation in hydrocarbon exploration in Nigeria’s Gongola Basin.He is a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and is also well known for his charitable work through the Abdullahi Bashir Haske Foundation.
