Well, it was awesome movement from outsourcing company to join a Vodafone as a staff and my qualification was qualified enough to not just join as a High Value agent as I was before but I joined as an Enterprise agent. The experience there was amazing I had learning many things because Vodafone environment is really amazing to build your knowledge and gives you experience. At the end I decided to change my whole career from an agent to technical position which is my industry at college.
