Research project was based on the multi-objective optimization of a hybrid renewable energy system (HRES). The locations that were selected to develop the HRES were remote South Australian towns Nundaroo and Yalata.★ Key Responsibilities:o The main objective of this study was to determine the optimal capacity of a HRES based on multi-objective functions i.e. cost, emission rate, reliability etc.o This includes sizing of all hybrid system components with multiple configurations and determining which configuration not only minimizes the objective functions but also satisfies all design constraints that were defined in the HRES model.o A multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) algorithm was used with constant/variable inertia and acceleration coefficients which involves predictive modelling and the concepts of pareto optimality.

The service allows users to select from local restaurants and place orders via its mobile applications as well as its websites.★ Key Responsibilities:Basic spheres of influence : Live Chat, Customer Resolution Unit, Social Media Management o Manage inbound chats pertaining to customers.o Identify and assess customers’ issues and resolve them within the Service Level Agreement.o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.o Co-ordinate and actively work with vendors to ensure seamless customer experience.o Resolve vendor complaints impacting delivery services.o Go the extra mile to assist customers.o Social Media Management in relation to food panda's Facebook, twitter and support platforms.o Actively work to retain customers that have been unsatisfied with our services.o Training new and incoming Live ops & Social Media Executives in terms of familiarization with standard operating procedures & in depth product knowledge.
