As a Relationship Manager - Loan Workout at Bank Resona Perdania, I am responsible for managing debtor restructuring and debtor NPL relationships and providing appropriate loan restructuring and loan workout solutions to debtors. I am engaged in business development with loan workout frameworks for debtors from various industries and working with debtors to find mutually beneficial solutions, analyzing their financial conditions and performances, and developing strategies to overcome their loan repayment challenges.Provide materials related to credit monitoring, credit recovery, impairment assessment and analysis, quarterly debtor financial rating, and other loan management reports to Bank Management.As a Relationship Manager, my primary responsibility is to manage and handle debtors, including:- Provide credit memorandum and credit application with the appropriate credit structure.- Analyze the financial performance and condition of the debtor.- Manage day-to-day administration and transactions.- Monitor the debtor's repayment closely.- Manage impairment outstanding and NPL in accordance with the Bank's targets.- Collaborate with the Business Development Division to ensure optimal profitability.Achievement: Successfully managed debtors out of the credit restructuring and became performance loan.

My role involved coordinating with various departments related to loan management and settlement correspondence. I conducted document analysis for trade transactions and mitigated trade transactions risk and credit risk. I was responsible for providing the bank and the regulator with daily and monthly reports.
