KEY PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF QIDDIAYA PROJECT, 380 kV/132/13.8kV SUBSTATION's IN RIYADH AREA. 9078/8370/8371/8372/8373• As Client representative, responsible for job explanation to the contractors in contracting group and also conducting site visit along with the contractors during the pre-tender stage.• Responsible for execution of work as per the ANSI B 31.5, 31.9, 73.1 and UMC and also follow ASHRAE STD 111 & 15 and Evaluating vendor's HVAC equipment & materials as per ASHRAE Handbook (HVAC System & Equipment) and SMACNA HVAC Duct construction, Astm C 552, C930 and E84 in addition to the compliance with SEC standards.• Responsible for testing & commissioning of HVAC equipment and its accessories as per SEC standards.• Coordinate and lead the team (Electrical & Civil) and solve the HVAC problems and to develop a cordial relationship with the Group Leader and submit periodical reports on the progress of work.• Conducting kick-off meeting with the contractors to discuss milestone and procurement activities.• Monitoring Site executions through contractor to complete the work as per standard.• Reviewing the baseline schedules for the new projects.• Regular Site Inspection for HVAC Works, Plumbing Works, Fire Fighting Works, Third parties Air Balancing Testing and Factory Acceptance test (FAT) such as PACU, Control Panels and also Completion of Snags/punch lists as per SEC- PTS and Standards.• Arranging walk through with higher management of EHPVD and Maintenance Department of SEC-COA for completed projects.• Providing approval for AS-BUILT drawings for 380 kV GIS building, 132 kV GIS building, 13.8 kV building and Control building as per SEC standard.• Managed teams by overseeing hiring, training and professional growth of employees.

KEY PROJECTS:• SS 8358 132 kV, MISK City.• BSP 9083 380 kV, King Salman Park.• SS 8383 132 kV & BSP 9078 380 kV, Roshan.• Responsible for the execution of all Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems).• Installation of all HVAC System like PACU, Ducting, dampers, grills, duct heater.• Conducting Smoke test for for all indoor and outdoor ducts.• Conducting air balancing test for HVAC system.• Installation of FM-200 Cylinders & Piping.• Conducting Pneumatic Test & Blow off test for NOVAC-1230 or FM-200 after completion of installation.• Installation of Fire Alarm sensors, Modules, Pull stations, Horn strobes, Fire Extinguishers etc.…• Installation of Fire water network as per drawings like Firefighting Pumps, Sprinkler system, Hydrant system, Fire Hydrant Cabinet.• Installation of Plumping pumps like Submersible pump, Transformer pump, Booster pump, Pit pump.• Consultation with consultant for approval of material and conducting of regular inspections of work at site with consultant for the approval of work and Material.• Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment's and Mechanical Work.• Involve in the direct site supervision of progress, quality and safety.• Installation of Overhead travelling crane and conducting overload test for crane by 20%.• Identifying, Calibrate & maintain Master list of testing and measuring equipment.• Ensure that construction Contract or complies with the requirement of the approved contract quality plan, including all the sequential inspection operations.

• Dealing with all Power transmission products of Bonfiglioli, Bharat Bijlee, Fenner, Havells, Rotomotive, ABB motors, TGPL and Schneider Electric.• Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; and requesting special services.• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Executes and manages all installation activities and taking into consideration efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials and time• Coordinating with all Mechanical systems at construction site• Ensures that these works are in accordance with specifications in construction plans.• Monitors progress of project being executed including review of actual result against plan with objective of coming up with all necessary courses of action• Maintaining site material order to check time to time requirement of material according to site plan program and schedule as per project planning department to proper flow of work• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Perform verification inspection of work elements related to civil works, to assure compliance with established procedures and Project's specified requirements.• Mobilizing manpower and materials at site.• Assisting on-site inspection with QA/QC Engineer and Consultant Engineer.• Reviewing of all Mechanical Service Drawings.

• Review check and approved contractor's material and equipment technical submittals.• Review and check contractors shop drawings submittal is according to tender drawings.• Check and inspect equipment and materials delivery is conforming to approved materials specification.• Act as site inspector for checking actual installation conforming to approve shop drawings.• Maintaining site material order to check time to time requirement of material according to site plan program and schedule as per project planning department to proper flow of work.• Inspection of quality of installation done and testing of equipment and turning it over for clients approval.• Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

• Maintaining daily schedule report and intimating every department.• Overall coordination & control of production and dispatch proceedings.• Verification of isometric drawing.• Reviews lead time for technical, and store items to generate realistic list.• Reviewing approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform required inspection.• Coordinating with clients/consultants while inspection is being carried out and offering any clarification is required.• Witness alignment, orientation, and dimensions of installed piping and rolling shutter.• Monitored project-wide compliance to meet internal and external standards.
