Founded & Presided over the youth society of Falah Foundation, a non-profit organisation providing inclusive education for the differently abled Managed volunteers from top universities of Lahore, devised social media strategy, planned many on-site programs such as rehabilitation of the differently abled, awareness programs, volunteer programs, ration distribution & Ramadan drive.Working for Falah Foundation has been one of the most grooming experiences of my life so far. I have learnt crucial lessons of self-care, empathy, being grateful, making the best of whatever cards you have been dealt in life and most importantly, never giving up!

Understand the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.2. Project Collaboration:a. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless and efficient web applications.b. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and practices.3. Problem Solving:a. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in the applications.b. Implement best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.4. Learning and Growth:a. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.b. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Ideated, Planned and executed the biggest hackathon of Pakistan, and 1st of Devsinc in under 1.5 months.Managed a team of over 30 individuals from universities all across Lahore working remotely in social media, marketing, event management and registerations.Successfully got over 1000 registerations and 300 participants, biggest numbers in corporate IT companies in Pakistan at the time (still unbeaten!)Greatest challenge was overcoming unforeseen obstacles since it was the first time such an event took place at such scale.

Managed 1500-person entertainment night of FAST for two consecutive years (SOFTEC 23 & SOFTEC 24) Oversaw marketing, artist management, backstage and venue preparation, security and overall operations management from start to end. Artists at event were Ali Raza Santoo & Bahoo Sarwar.

Communicate with major food/beverage brands to set up stalls, promotions or partnership with SOFTEC. Manage smooth running of food court at SOFTEC, management of stalls, conflict resolution and training of a dozen junior officers (pitching to brands, teamwork & build their confidence)

Research on top institutions from IT, FINTECH & Banking sector to partner with SOFTEC, one of the biggest IT events of Pakistan & FAST University Lahore's flagship event. Manage team of a dozen officers including training of officers.

FAST Care is the social work society of FAST University Lahore.As AVP, tasks include conducting blood drives, ration drives, social issues awareness, donation collection & distribution. Research on upcoming social issues to devise plan of action to solve them. Planning & management of awareness seminars & events like pink day (breast cancer awareness), health day, international disability awareness & stammering day.
