Reporting to Director - CSSD • Active participation in streamlining finance functions of Rashid hospital as per DHA policies and regulators in UAE• Actively lead, develop and implement processes to reduce revenue leaks and increase collections to create a sustainable facility• Support change transformation of people and process with stakeholders buy-in and least conflicts• Implemented “Patient Counselors” to enhance Patient Journey for Inpatients• Restructured payment modes to support needy patients without disruption of medical services• Streamlined activities of RCM support functions, Case Management, Registration, ER to improve efficiency in hospital operations• Provide performance-reporting, analysis to achieve financial goals and KPIs• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in areas of finance and quality requirements• Liaise with medical and non-medical staff to train for• Implement and enforce policies, SOPs and Internal controls and procedures to improve overall operations and effectiveness of the company
