- Conduct an on-going awareness campaigns for BAJ employees utilizing multiple channels - Testing employees’ knowledge of information security via different methods - Develop and present information security awareness for BAJ employees - Develop and present information security awareness orientation for new BAJ joiners - Design and create different awareness campaigns for BAJ’s end users on different channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, ATM, SMS messages, e-mails, and YouTube - Respond to information security breaches, and follow up with an informative information security awareness message - Comply and acquire PCI DSS - Develop and enforce policies to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and assets within BAJ- Support Risk Assessment activity

- Conduct ad-hoc, daily and monthly files that reflect customers' credit card, personal loan, and mortgage behavior, and verifying them to ensure the accuracy of data mapping with SIMAH, these files will be later reported to SIMAH - Manage retail uploads through BPM system as an administrator to update customer's information in SIMAH - Analyze errors and resolve data fixes on XML files to meet business requirements and SIMAH standards - Lead projects and ensure their successful launching based on SIMAH Unit requirements through conducting tests and meetings with the IT department - Document projects, and create test scenarios along with contingency plans, and risk assessment for the projects - Reconcile monthly data by comparing BAJ data with SIMAH baseline- Lead and supervising the annual compliance SIMAH audit- Manage projects between BAJ and SIMAH

- Create diagrams and flowcharts and linking them to data sources in order to display the data graphically based on the organizational needs on Microsoft Visio - Create, develop, manage and automate reports in Cognos such as list reports, cross-tab reports, maps, and charts- Using Cognos coding mechanism to automate and retrieve information and generate reports - Discuss and develop projects and products with SIMAH to enhance reporting techniques - Encoding documents in XML files, to update and modify customer's information in SIMAH
