I was responsible about 2600 individual and 29 village in the county as a family physician. My description of duty was: serve medical care for special groups such as pregnants, children, elderly persons; cancer screening; infant, pregnant, postpartum follow-ups; preventive care services; field training and screening; routine and extraordinary vaccination; environmental health services. With these duties I also performed outpatient services 3 days per week.

I was chief physician of a hospital in Ilic(county of Erzincan). There was 47 staff in the hospital (36 medical staff, 5 maintenance personel and 6 administrative staff) that I've been responsible. My description of duty was: hospital management; personnel administration; regulation of county health programs; collaboration with government institutes to implement state policies; oversee the hospital income and expenses; arranging the bid of services, drugs and supplies.

While I was continuing my university education; also worked part time as laboratory assistant. my description of duty was: to assist resident doctor, performe the laboratory routine.
