Keep track of orders and make sure deliveries are made on time.• Ensure that products and materials are in good condition by liaising with warehouse staff.• Be in touch with suppliers when required for changes in orders or their confirmation. •Handle customer calls and provide support for their inquiries, identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.•Call customers to offer new products or programs & upsell other products wherever possible.• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.•Review customer accounts and proactively reach out about upgrades or support issues.•Work with colleagues to provide better customer service across the organization.•Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. •Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
