IT leader with over 15 years of experience in high performing roles within the software development industry. During that time, I have been contributing and coaching teams to produce high quality, innovative, and scalable products to wow our customers. I have been working with Hurdle Health, a culture intentional mental health startup as VP of Engineering. I’m also focusing on improving my facilitation and coaching skills through ICP-ATF certifications and leadership coaching. Also responsible for introducing and implementing TDD in our company. My managerial skills include setting priorities, working to budget, managing projects and building and motivating teams, identifying new revenue opportunities, improving processes to cut costs, and contributing to long term strategic plans. Excellent communication and continuous improvement ideas are my forte. I have an M. Eng. Sc. degree from the UNSW, Sydney, Australia and BS. CE from FAST-NUCES, Lahore, Pakistan. My varied academic background allows me to look at problems in a different way and a greater understanding of underlying infrastructure requirements and integration of systems. During my career I have developed a wide range of IT competencies and my peers recognize me as having excellent technical skills.
