I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from SZABIST University, Islamabad, completed between 2020 and 2024. During my studies, I also completed a six-week internship at PTCL, where I gained hands-on experience in web development, IT infrastructure, and data center management.Currently, I am working as Manager Operations at Airport 2 Home LTD, a UK-based company providing luxury airport transfer services. In my role, I manage all aspects of customer bookings, confirm reservations via phone or email, issue invoices, and ensure a seamless and reliable customer experience.Previously, I served as the General Manager at Home Essentials, a manufacturing unit specializing in non-woven bags. I managed staff, supervised production processes, and handled customer relations, enhancing my leadership and management skills. I was also actively involved in sales and marketing, contributing to business growth.
