The scope of the project includes Retail Banking, Microfinance, Corporate Banking, Islamic Banking etc.Centralize and coordinate all projectsManaging shared resources across all projects administrated by the PMO;Cost reduction through efficient, centralized servicesIdentifying and developing project management methodology, best practices and standards; Makes recommendations to senior level management on procedures aimed at improving and streamlining processes and establishing best practices.Coaching, mentoring, training and oversight;Gather and document clients business and technical requirements as needed.Oversees the development and review of estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, which includes conducting complex research and analysis to determine the effort it will take to achieve a desired result and the cost to produce it using established estimating models and best practices.Setup change control board. Manages changes to the project requirements through a formally defined change process.Monitors project to verify that they are delivered in a timely fashion and on budget.Coordinating communication across projects. Making sure that stakeholders have up-to-date and have accurate informationDelivery projects successfully.
