Driven by my passion for entrepreneurship, I embarked on the role of Program Associate at Astrolabs Business Incubators and Accelerators. My journey within this role has been centered around designing and executing purpose-driven start-up accelerator programs for Riyad Bank.Key Achievements:◆ Designed and implemented entrepreneurship models as part of accelerator and incubator programs implemented in Riyad Bank.◆ Lead research into finding problem areas in Riyad Bank to be addressed by internal entrepreneurship programs by interviewing department VPs (curated problem areas showcased at RB bootcamp event).

Working at Red Sea Farms has been an exciting intersection of innovation and impact. Within the RSF Technology Team I worked directly under the CTO to take the lead in driving projects focused on the advancement of greenhouse technology tailored for arid regions.◆ Developed pioneering heat-blocking technology for enhancing greenhouse roof cooling efficiency and being among the first team in the KSA to implement this innovation◆ Led strategy and execution for various projects as part of the RedSea Tech team◆ Won innovator of the month award.

Under the mentorship of Professor Khashab, the chemistry program chair at KAUST, I worked on the synthesis and characterization of organic macrocycles and capsules, evaluating their use in various applications including petrochemical separations and drug delivery systems.

I was selected by KAUST for a collaborative project with the University of Cambridge, serving as a Visiting Researcher. During this tenure, I synthesized metallosupramolecular cages and explored applications in ion capture and separation, studied host-guest interactions, and reported progress to Professors Jonathan Nitschke
