With the founding of GSM Bid, yet another entrepreneurial achievement has been added to the list. The driving force behind this venture was a desire to introduce an unprecedented experience to the UAE and Middle East region. The company's primary goal is to make customers' lives easier, disrupt the industry with innovative ideas, and create an environment that pioneers in the mobile industry.

Starting out as a Marketing Specialist at Mediana Trading, the passion and hard work paid off and climbed the ranks to eventually becoming the CEO of the company. This achievement can be described as both unexpected and well-earned, given the consistent dedication to the company over the years. The initial role involved supporting marketing activities like organizing projects, conducting market research, and analyzing consumer ratings. The passion for the industry, combined with the leadership skills, helped in rising to the position of General Manager from 2018 to 2019, before ultimately taking on the responsibility of overseeing the company's overall operations, driving profitability, and managing its organizational structure and strategy as the CEO.

Being in a position to be able to drive sales and direct the business model as a whole, the responsibilities include coordination of sales activities and preparing sales budgets and projections. The core part was to track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics while uplifting the customer-focused module for the ultimate long-term business relations.

The interest grew into the level of passion that led to managing multiple store locations and and employee groups. The focus was to maximize the performance of a small group of employees while coordinating multiple locations to reach higher revenue numbers.

Focused on professional development for teams and setting targets based on performance the technical experience was used to generate sales for the business and develop a reporting module to assign and track individual achievement of seasonal targets.
