During my CO-OP trainee experience at Obeikan Film & Flexible Plant from March to May 2023, I had the opportunity to work as a Process Engineer. In this role, I was responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes. I also conducted testing and upgrades to improve system efficiency. Additionally, I managed cost and time constraints while meeting with Production Managers to evaluate existing processes. To ensure safety and quality compliance, I performed risk assessments and developed routines and best practices for product quality. I also provided process documents and standard operating procedures to the Product Manager. Throughout my tenure, I monitored system upgrades to ensure smooth operations and increased efficiency.
