As a Team Leader of Reclaiming Dreams, I had the honor of leading a visionary project in Ithra’s renowned Creative Solutions program, an immersive design residency that only selected 12 teams from over 2,000 applicants across the MENA region. Despite entering the program with no prior experience in immersive technologies, I quickly adapted and embraced this challenge, determined to push my limits and prove to myself and others that there isn't something called impossible. My role as Team Leader involved guiding our team through the rigorous four-month journey, transforming Reclaiming Dreams from an initial concept to a working VR prototype.--------Key Achievements:Finalist and Prototype Development: After an intense residency, Reclaiming Dreams emerged as one of six finalist teams, ultimately successfully completing a VR prototype. Our project has been featured at global exhibitions, including the prestigious Tanween, with additional events planned.Project Vision and Leadership: I directed the creative and technical aspects, managing a cross-functional team and overseeing over 10 remote members through the production process.Networking and Exhibitions: Represented our team at major industry exhibitions, presenting Reclaiming Dreams to investors, industry leaders, and the public, showcasing the project’s potential. These events were essential for building strategic connections and gathering valuable feedback from experts.Growth and Skill Development: Through masterclasses, mentorships, and hands-on experience, I developed expertise in XR storytelling, project leadership, and entrepreneurial skills, enabling me to align creative vision with immersive technology.--------This journey has been a testament to the belief that with passion and perseverance, anything is possible. Starting from zero knowledge of VR to becoming a finalist team has been both challenging and rewarding, fueling my commitment to advancing in immersive tech and creative leadership.

As president of the student council, I oversaw peer leadership and managed key responsibilities in student representation, coordination, and event planning.I worked closely with both faculty and administration to ensure that student voices were heard and considered in decision-making processes.

I trained both horses and riders, achieving recognition as the top trainer in the Eastern Province. My emphasis was on enhancing physical skills while fostering confidence and trust between horse and rider, enabling them to accomplish what they once thought impossible. My unique approach allows me to tame any horse, regardless of its level.Trained riders of all ages and skill levels, earning a strong reputation & personal brand. My innovative training techniques allowed me to compete with and outperform trainers who had far more experience in a very short time, earning recognition and respect across the region.This experience taught me the value of hard work, consistency, and emotional intelligence in building strong connections—both with animals and people.

Tasked with modernizing the factory’s online presence, I created digital tools and improved visibility, which attracted new leads and streamlined customer interactions.Established the factory’s Google Maps and social media presence, driving significant increases in online engagement and inquiries. Designed automated WhatsApp messages that provided customers with quick responses and essential factory information, enhancing customer service and brand consistency.
