With over 40 years of distinguished leadership in Real Estate and Facilities Management, I have developed a comprehensive skill set through extensive practice, academic rigor, and deep industry insight.My academic qualifications include a Diploma in Civil Engineering from The Polytechnic Ibadan, a Bachelor's in Estate Management from the University of Ife, an M.Sc. in Construction Management from the University of Lagos, and two M.Sc. degrees from the University of Reading, UK, in Facilities Management and Property Investment. I also hold an MBA from Henley Business School, UK, and a RICS Diploma in International Arbitration (Africa). I am pursuing doctoral research at Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK.I am honored to be a Fellow of several prestigious institutions, including the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (FNIESV), the Institute of Directors (FIoD), the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (FBRIP), and the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria (FCIPMN). In addition, I am a member of the Investment Property Forum, UK, the Nigerian Institute of Management, and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), USA.My professional certifications include being a certified sustainability professional, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACI Arb), and an Exemplar Global ISO 41001 Certified Lead Auditor. I have also been trained in ISO 41001 implementation and auditing by the British Standards Institution (BSI).I have been privileged to lead pioneering initiatives, such as spearheading Facility Management service delivery for the Nigerian Communications Commission and the Central Bank of Nigeria. Notably, I led the valuation of non-core assets of the defunct National Electric Power Authority in alignment with Nigeria’s Electricity Reform Act of 2005. My approach integrates transformational and digital strategies, driving impactful outcomes through a commitment to integrity, innovation, and excellence.I was appointed Chairman of the Committee on Verification of Landed Property for the Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, and Federal Housing Authority(2011–2012), under the directives of Federal Ministers Ms. Amma Pepple and Chief Nduese Essien respectively. I also served as Assistant National Secretary and Council Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
