Current• Managing a wide range of HR strategies to support business initiatives and operational effectiveness by reviewing, designing and delivering OD and change management schemes, company policies, procedures and interventions in line with the state labor laws, applicable ISO standards and the best HR/market practices;• Supervising Compensation & Benefits including monthly payroll processing along with the designing and implementation of companywide compensation and benefit policies.• Successfully prepared and implemented HR Policy Manual covering working procedures and guidelines, employment terms and conditions, reward plan and group policies.• Responsible to manage Group Health Insurance Policy (addition/deletion, claim processing, annual policy renewals matter). • Handled resources for COVID-19 lockdown pandemic situation for all offices.• Maintain relationships with university career offices and various institutes for Job fairs and on campus interviews to source the best fresh graduates to be hired at different positions.• Responsible for identifying training needs and develops training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees. • Handle ISO related matters and amendments in documents and updating them accordingly..• Devised creative and cost-effective incentive and morale boosting activities that increase employee engagement and productivity.• Directs a process of organizational development that addresses succession planning, workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, workflow efficiency and change management.• Responsible in the making and changing of HR processes, policies, procedures and other standards as well as ensuring their effective implementation.• Responsible for the issuance of all types of letters and making Job Descriptions in collaboration with Heads.• • Dealing with Government Department like EOBI, SESSI, Health & Safety etc.• Heading additional project as per management requirement.
