His achievements include:* Establishment of ZamZam Foundation, a US-based nonprofit organization aimed at providing food, water, sanitary products to individuals who otherwise do not have access to these basic necessities of day to day life * Establishment of a Skill Development program, providing jobs to over 1400 women in remote areas of Bangladesh, leading to successful production of thousands of pieces of handcrafted plant based products of day to day use and thus implementing sustainability and self-sufficiency* Establishment of a sustainable garment recycling initiative that has repurposed hundreds of thousands of pounds of textiles into tens of thousands of blankets, over a period of past 3 years while simultaneously generating employment opportunities for hundreds of deserving individuals. Thousands of individuals living in rural areas in Bangladesh have received these blankets* Establishment of a Clean Water for Life program under which 1900 water pumps have been installed in underserved regions of Bangladesh, Uganda, Gambia and Pakistan providing clean and accessible water to more than half a million people annually* Establishment of a food distribution program ensuring three daily meals for over 1100 orphan and needy children in Uganda and Bangladesh, offering them sustenance and hope for a brighter future. Just in the year 2023 a total of 498,000 meals have been donated in these areas. In order to address the issue of Period Poverty, launched the “Fighting Period Poverty” project to start distribution and donation of sanitary pads in Uganda and Bangladesh. As the second phase of this project, a new, organic, biodegradable and bleach free alternative to existing sanitary pads has been manufactured (PURE Pad) which has been donated to thousands of women here in the US since its inception in April 2023. This solution not only addresses the issue of Period Poverty but also provides a plastic free and environmental friendly alternative to the existing products in the market. Fighting Period Poverty through PURE Pad is another project of ZamZam Foundation which revolves around sustainability, self-sufficiency and women empowerment.

The mission of “Crafted by Her”, a company founded to support women with sustainable employment opportunities in remote areas of Bangladesh, is more than just crafting beautiful handcrafted products but it is about crafting a brighter future for women. These women, once burdened by the weight of poverty and despair, are now the sole breadwinners of their families. Crafted by Her is helping these women fight hunger and abuse and replace them with dignity and self-sufficiency. Under this project during just 2023, over 1450 women have been provided full time, part time and contractual work covering different stages of product manufacture from planning & management, extraction of fiber, to preparing and packaging the final products. Any and all proceeds from this project are planned to be reinvested to multiply the number of individuals being supported and number of products being produced. US Doctors Co is a digital platform bridging the gap between medical students and professionals by bringing them a unified, state-of-the-art platform. My work with US Doctors Co was to develop the business by reaching out to potential partners and engaging new streams of students who have the potential to become associated with this program. Placed 200+ foreign students with US hospitals & medical clinics to get clinical experiences. Created 300+ rotation spots for foreign students in 25 states of the US. Counseled foreign students in getting clinical experience and succeed in medical certification to land a US residency, using a wide range of methods including aptitude assessments, interviews, and provision of planning materials.
