Key responsibilities: 1- Personnel Affairs and Payroll o Payroll and compensation, files of employees, tickets of employees, control time attendance for staff, violation and disciplinary action. o Maintenance of buildings, Stationery, STC bills, contracts of leasing, purchasing of office furniture, Accommodation. 2-Government Relations o Follow-up Iqamas, driver license, passport, CR, municipal license, vehicles registration...etc, through monthly reports. o Submitting for new visas. 3- Recruitment o Job description, recruitment advertising, searching about new candidates, interviewing, selection and appointment as per requirement. o Supervision on the contracts for new employees and follow-up to the new employee in the probation period. o Dealing with internal and external recruitment agencies. o Create agreements with H.R Fund & recruit the suitable candidates. 4-Manpower Budgets & Planning o Preparing the annual manpower budgets. o Continuing in maintaining on saudization. o Planning about future requirement of manpower and visa availability. o Continuing review the salaries of employees and forwarding recommendations to the management based on the market situation. 5-Insurance o Contracting with insurance companies and supervision to prepare lists of insurance. o Supervision of GOSI. o Ensuring the equipments, vehicles and buildings are insured. 6-Policy and Procedure o Ability to create a new HR policy procedure if didn't have. o Ensuring that all actions as per company policy o Participating in developing HR Policy for the company. o Reviewing the policy on continuing basis and suggesting any modifications if needed.
