I share resources and networks focused on gender and climate change among other broader human rights issues.The Bloom recently launched their Collaborative Library, which is a unique community-driven resource hub created by The Bloom team. This space mobilizes resources by sharing trustworthy connections, vulnerable career stories, databases, newsletters, podcasts etc., within various social impact niches. As a co-curator of the Collaborative Library and DEI Leader at The Bloom, I share my favorite resources in DEI careers for my network and others.

The McCain Global Leaders Program supports character-driven leaders from around the world who embody Senator John McCain’s legacy of serving a cause greater than oneself, structured as a 10-month fellowship and experiential learning experience. The 2023 Global Theme for the McCain Global Leaders is "Defending Democracy". Throughout 2023, Leaders will explore the primary challenges to democracy, as well as analyze and learn about solutions related to ensuring the future stability of democracy around the world. Leaders will participate in a curriculum that is administered both online and in person. The curriculum will help each leader chart their own journey as a changemaker while also imparting real world skills that will assist leaders as they take on some of the most difficult challenges facing their home country and region.

Engagement:• Building strong relationships with new and existing HRMI Ambassadors in the Pacific. Facilitatingongoing talanoa.• Liaising between the HRMI team and Pacific Ambassadors.• Working with HRMI’s Survey Engagement and Operations Lead to support the engagement ofPacific survey respondents in the lead up to and during the annual expert survey period.• Capacity-building of human rights practitioners, advocates, civil society organisations, governmentadvisors, and other potential data users across the region, for example, through data trainingworkshops. Engaging them in an ongoing dialogue and interaction about HRMI’s work and humanrights data.• Running or supporting HRMI Ambassadors to run workshops and events.• Organising and running HRMI's annual Pacific Data Launch webinar, to launch the new Pacificscores for the year.Data:• Providing advice on the ongoing design and re-design of the Pacific module of the HRMI expertsurvey through engagement with regional partners and stakeholders.• Developing region-wide relationships with researchers and academics interested in human rightsdata in the Pacific.• Ensuring data integrity is maintained in line with Indigenous Data Sovereignty principlescontextualised to the Pacific, and feeding into a new HRMI Data Integrity Policy.• In April – May 2023, producing summaries of the Pacific Module qualitative data collected in thesurvey, with support from a Research Assistant, for publication on the Rights Tracker.

Deliverables:Under the supervision of relevant Kaleidoscope Trust’s Programmes Team members, the selected experts/session leads will be expected to deliver the following deliverables:● Design and submit the finalised concept note or methodology, relevant example(s)/ case study(ies) and work plan of thematic sessions delivery as well as any other relevant materials to support the execution of their sessions;● Contribute to the finalisation of the workshop concept note on parts relevant to their thematic sessions or overall if relevant;● Deliver the thematic sessions covering the thematic diving in, participants planning, reflections, presentations and feedback;● Actively participate in all other sessions of the workshop on equal footing with other participants and experts/session leads;● Submit the session outcome report capturing key discussion points, challenges and successes, evaluation of improved knowledge of the topic by participants and ‘usefulness’ of the session based on participants’ feedback, and any other relevant observations and participants feedback.

Regional Research Coordinator for SIHEG - Student Impact on Higher Education Globally. This research project examines student agency in higher education, maps existing opportunities for students to influence higher education and societies more broadly and investigates student perceptions of impact.

The role was central to ensuring strong collaboration and partnership with Pacific Island States to raise the UK’s global ambition and action on climate change in line with UK’s presidency and the hosting role of COP26 in November 2021.As the CDF intern, I was expected to support the implementation of a number of projects to raise awareness in the region of key issues relating to climate change through the Climate Diplomacy Fund that would also highlight Pacific needs and priorities. In extension, the role also maximized communication impact and visibility of the UK government through the posts in the region.

Previously held the position of Organizing Committee President of Youth Speak Forum.

Responsible for chairing meetings, reporting and feedback and advising the Ministers and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Fiji on youth related issues, programs and initiatives.

Responsible for constitution and policy formation for the Fiji National University Students' Association.
