-Participates in the development and implementation of the Operations Planning plans, in line with the corporate objectives.-Share process and procedures including update with most districts to enhance efficacy, quality and logistic quality-Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Service Management Section.

-Follow up with network on trouble tickets resolution-Proactive to enhance any new services deployed on the network to improve department work.-Call back customers proactively to communicate problems in service.
