Roles and Responsibility:Develop Planning and times scheduling with WBS activities of the project.Control on Project execution, project monitoring & controlling during execution phase to avoidany risk factor that reverse works.Control the Project cost to be assure that the main hours are maintaining properly .Control on the procurement schedule and times schedule with the long lead items.Review First fix items and try to submit the alternatives (value engineering cost)Follow up the purchasing material / local purchasing make sure of quality, approved material, lower price and delivery on time.Identify manpower and equipment (resources) needs required for completion of works if excess should be remove immediately as to maintain the main hourscosting.Arranging priorities meetings with suppliers , subcontractors & consultant regarding site progress and technical solutions , testing commissioning procedures schedule , reports and logs with equipment specialists .Follow up with government authorities prior approvals Of site coordination if required with SEC , MOWAE , STC & Baldia.Develop and monitor the implementation of quality control programs.Review contractor’s invoices and submit to the Project Director for approval.Submit billing and payment certificate to client represented to assure all the takeoff executedat site are claiming very well.Review and monitor the project safety plans, security measures plans (HSE Plans )Participate in the study of any modification suggested by the contractors and subcontractors to facilitate and expedite work, getting the approval whenever required.Assist in preparing all progress reports related to the project execution.Maintaining the project records very well & hand over to the clients at the ending of the project.Closing the project properly and demobilized the site.
