• Worked in the corrective and preventive maintenance and gained on hands of experience of troubleshooting the 11KV feeder tripping and different power outages.• Carried out the quality control test required before the energisation of bus bar installations, transformers, designated RMUs, substations and various PQC jobs. • Worked in the operations and the substation management department responsible for maintenance of faults like transformer oil leakage and busbar carbonisation.

• Designed the wire harness used for control settings in the chassis during the assembly of a unit.• Worked as the maintenance engineer for the chassis assembly plant overlooking the HT supply from the grid.• Worked on the Demand side management strategy of both the body assembly and chassis assembly plant.

• Responsibilities included patiently managing the demands and needs of the customers and translating those demands into services in the product/tour/event. • Most notably led tour groups of 50+ people from different age groups for over 10 days and catered to all of their needs displaying excellent customer care abilities. • Managed the finances of all the short trips, long tours and events that not only taught tons of street smartness but also aided my growth as a resourceful person.
