Administration Manager
Current- Overseeing Separ International’s operations and administration in Pakistan mainly but is not limited to analysing and coordinating the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing and budgeting of services on project basis.
- Liaison, reporting and coordination among stakeholders of the project, including international contractors, U.S State Department, Embassies, United Nations and Govt. of Pakistan.
- Identifying the risks and implementation of tools / techniques to ensure client’s safety and well being.
- Controlling costs throughout the project life cycle, with the objective of keeping expenditures within the approved budget.
- Managing and scheduling of organization’s transport fleet to help achieve the daily tasks and services of the customer.
- Managing the organization’s expenses, accounts, costings, remittances, lodgings, health and medical services.
