As a security professional with legal and fleet expertise, I have been working in various positions that require compliance, training, and coordination skills. I have a BA in Law Enforcement from the University of Dar es Salaam, where I learned how to conduct investigations and interviews, and apply legal principles and procedures.Currently, I manage the control room operations at SGA Security, a leading security group in Africa, where I oversee the communication, surveillance, and response systems, and ensure the safety and security of the clients and assets. I also work as a compliance and training officer at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Limited, where I monitor and enforce the compliance standards and policies, and provide training and coaching to the security staff. Additionally, I assist in the fleet and facilities management at Vodacom Tanzania Plc, where I handle the maintenance, allocation, and tracking of the vehicles and equipment.I am a hard-working and motivated person who values teamwork, problem-solving, and excellence. I enjoy participating and contributing to the success of the organizations I work with, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. My goal is to advance my career in the security field, and leverage my expertise and experience to make a positive impact.
