• Making annual, monthly and weekly supply plans in line with the inventory targets.• Making all necessary coordination with the Procurement Department in order to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials at the right time.• Deciding on material stock levels in line with department targets.• Managing all raw material and packaging material stocks by working in coordination with the Procurement and Logistics departments in line with production needs.• Keep the Planning manager aware about changes in the delays at work centers/machines and/or routers that would affect the lead time of the part so that the system can be kept up to date.• Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.• Responsible for all MRP system in the factory as below:1) Upload the forecast and review/release order requisition OR and work orders WO per the system demand, manage the system recommended messages, as well as follow up promise dates of purchase order PO with procurement department.2) Regularly monitor and update safety stock levels in the system when necessary.3) Schedules, expedites, and coordinates the delivery and movement of critical material.4) Approve, release and monitor status of production and purchase requisitions.

•Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by considering changing monthly forecasts.•Designing weekly manufacturing plan utilizing tools and systems such as JDE and MRP to meet target load objectives and satisfying the organization’s inventory goals.•Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand•Collaborate and coordinate with others department like supply chain (Purchasing, Logistic, Import & Export) and operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality) and commercial (Sales, marketing)

-Apply Operation Excellence in the factory. -Ensure that production plan is fully implemented as per the required quality standard, to assist plant manager. -Ensure housekeeping & safety, products quality and transfer to stores.-Inventory of raw material and new system implementation.

Chemical Engineering Program within two months internship in Texas A&M University. The program contains: Process Optimization, Statistics, Sustainability and Soft skills (Time management, Teaming and Problem solving).
