Mechanical Superintendent
Current- Direct the development and the implementation of the Maintenance Program for the plant wide machinery and equipment which encompasses the following: Spares and Tools Management. Maintenance System and Procedure. Equipment History. Preparation of Purchase Requisition. Maintenance Budget.- Ensure that all relevant reports are conciliated and submitted to concerned superiors.- Attend the management review meetings and convey the reports to management and implement managementdecision in the department.- Evaluating and analyzes equipment deficiency/abnormalities and recommend specification, also implement management decision in the department.- Strictly observes all company, safety, environment, housekeeping, and administrative rules and regulations inand around the work place.- Chairman of the safety committee, and member of the incident investigation team.
