 Managing the aftersales operation including spare parts and service operation in Natco automotive company. We have 4 service workshop in Sana’a , Taiz, Aden, and Hodeida.  Communicating with car manufacturer’s regional office related to service and parts operation. Supporting the training coordinator in preparing training plan which covers technical and nontechnical training. With parts supervisor, preparing annual parts ordering plan which covers stock and emergency or VOR orders to guarantee having healthy stock and providing emergency orders in time. Our parts orders supplied from Dubai , Korea, Germany , and from Saudi dealers. Supervising parts purchase from local market like lubricants, paints, spare parts , tires, etc. Preparing annual budget covering sales, and expenses. Following daily and monthly sales in all branches. Following and making sure that sufficient money liquidation available to cover required purchases and keep workshops running. Preparing all finance reports required for the management. Supporting the warranty operation to make sure that any pending issues will be solved in time. Following workshops daily operation in coordination with workshops managers/supervisors. Following that workshops tools and equipment are available and properly working. Supervising the annual inventory check. Ensuring that manufacturers’ policies and procedures are implemented and followed within dealership operation.

* Responsible initiating communication with GM regional office to establish all communication channels to set up online ordering channels for parts , vehicles , special tools. Dealership was integrated with manufacturer on line systems.* Responsible initiating warranty procedures and warranty claims on-line submission and payments follow up.* Responsible hiring/ sourcing qualified staff for service and parts department.* Responsible assessing training needs and set up training plan covering in-house training, web based training and instructor based training at regional office training center. Achieving good results among regional dealers. * Responsible implementing GM CI and GM policy & procedure at the dealership and training related staff. * I was assigned project manager for constructing 2 S dealership facility starting by design stage, GM approval, construction stage and new dealership facility launching. This project took 2 years.* Supervising parts operation including parts sales and ordering ensuring healthy stock availability fulfilling GM KPI figures and keeping customer satisfaction.* Supervising workshop daily operation keeping GM KPI related figures. * Establishing Road side assistance service in Yemen for our GM customers.* Responsible to place vehicles monthly orders through GM on-line system and tracing the orders until vehicles arrival.* Conducting in-house non-technical training for service and sales team.* Preparing annual business plan.* Preparing monthly & annual reports for high management and GM office.

* Managing the bus operation ensuring maximum ticket sales and minimum bus breakdown. * Supervising bus maintenance ensuring bus well maintained before planned schedule.* Supervising spare parts inventory stock availability to keep buses well maintained.* Following customer complaints received through call center ensuring complaints resolution within logical time.* Preparing monthly plans with bus trips schedules.* Preparing monthly reports for high management including sales, or bus stops report.* Responsible managing head office and three branches.

* Ensuring warranty procedures & policy implemented at dealership workshops.* Preparing warranty claims and submitting them through manufacturer’s on-line systems.* Following warranty payments.* Preparing monthly warranty reports for after sales management.* Conducting warranty policy training for service advisors and team leaders to ensure warranty procedures implementation. * Ensuring that warranty KPI are achieved with minimizing warranty repairs cost.* Ensuring that branch parts orders requested from central ware house are supplied in time.* Responsible to add branch orders to external parts orders and following those orders.* Monitoring branch parts stock keeping it at minimum levels.* Flowing central ware house parts queries from branch inventories.

* Diagnosing vehicles concerns and repairing them as per manufacturers shop manuals.* Trained on using diagnosing tools.* Attended training course at Mercedes Benz training center in Stuttgart, Germany in 2006.
