- Oversee maintenance and repair operations in the welding, hydraulic, and undercarriage shops for heavy equipment machinery.- Lead a team of technicians and mechanics in carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, diagnosing malfunctions, and repairing equipment in a timely and efficient manner.- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and reduce costs.- Implement safety procedures that protect workers when using heavy machinery, welding equipment, and other tools.- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are compliant with regulations, standards, and codes.- Liaise with different departments to optimize resources and meet maintenance objectives.- Collaborate with the procurement department to source and acquire new equipment when necessary.- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

- Supervising and maintaining facility services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, environmental, and safety.- Ability to plan, manage, and supervise facility projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.- Installing and extending pipes for air conditioning units and refrigeration for cold and freezing rooms.- Ability to process and assemble cold and freezing room insulators using sandwich panels.- Installing and insulating A/C units and ducting.- Coordinate the work of technicians and assign them to projects as needed.-Manage purchasing and logistics coordination to ensure that supplies and parts are available for maintenance and repairs.- Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects under tight deadlines.
