Consult with project managers and project teams to establish appropriate implementation strategy to include planning, designing communications, training development, implementation budgeting, delivery methods and/or timing/bundling for moderate to complex initiatives. Monitors, reports and communicates project status on a regular basis using best practices (or project management methodology) to team, managment/executives.Manages multiple projects with accountability for preparing solutions for delivery to the field. Working as a ATM Service engineer*Handling and servicing (Preventive Maintenance and installation) for DIEBOLD ATM.* Report a log call in help desk system and also make sure fault is attended by the custodian’s offsite and onside ATMs in a given period of time if not follow the procedure of escalation.*Identifying areas of breakdowns and took steps to resolve through fabrication of trouble shooting tools.*Organising installation of ATM machines at customer end.*Assisting in the development of necessary measure to reduce downtime of machines.*Visiting ATM centres to install or repair the ATM machines as per the request. *Responding to and services ATM functional or operational difficulties.*Providing ATM status and service reports to management and recommended actions.*Handled repairs & servicing of automatic teller machines.*Rehabilitation the spare parts in the workshop
