Achievements:- Chairman of JCPDI Port Committee and finalized an operation and Investment contract with Hutchison Ports, 2nd largest port operators worldwide, to operate JCPDI port, the second private port in the Kingdom.- Completed the Financial Sustainability Strategy for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu as part of the organization strategy initiative.- Leading the Special Economic Zone initiative for JCPDI and successfully passed the ECZA EXCOM and awaiting CEDA approval.- Attracted additional SR 5 Billion investment to JCPDI and working with an investor to finalize the decision to invest SR38 billion for Aluminum Cluster project at JCPDI. - Board Member of Saudi Silk Road Company a JV between Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission and Chinese Governmental entities to promote Chinese investments to the Kingdom. As an executive, my role is focusing on the following:- Increase and diversify industrial, commercial and residential investments at JCPDI.- Contribute to the city’s industrial clustering approach and maximize the economic value added to the city by integrating industrial development.- Contribute to the infrastructure development of industrial and community areas.- Meet the customer value proposition by examining existing services and provide improved and new services.- Leading all contractual agreements negotiations with stakeholders, including availing of all utilities and port operator.

Duties & Achievements:Led two departments at the RCJY headquarter, focusing mainly on the following:- Evaluated and developed business opportunities in Royal Commission (RC) cities. - Aligned with other governmental stakeholders and ensured their support.- Represented RC in different committees related to RC cities development.- Developed marketing strategies for RC cities and align with RC cities departments

Duties & Achievements:- Managed the industrial corridors of the whole industrial area to ensure its safety and maximize revenue generation to RCJY. RC was not focusing on managing the industrial corridors and decided to start their involvement in the industrial corridors as per the new RC strategic plan. - Developed guidelines/standards, conducted studies, built the organization and dealt with industries. - Defined the weaknesses/opportunities of the city’s supply chain. This resulted into a major project supported by RCJY management and National Transformation Program which is the multi-model logistics hub in Yanbu industrial city.

Duties & Achievements:- Maximized and protected Saudi Aramco investments in its three major JVs: SAMREF (Saudi Aramco Mobile Refinery), SASREF (Saudi Aramco Jubail Refinery) and SATORP (Saudi Aramco Total Refinery and Petrochemicals).- Directed and led teams comprised of members of JV managers associated with the three JVs to advise JV Board of directors and maximize the return on our investment.- Assigned as a member of the Refining & Chemicals Integration Accelerated Transformation Program. - Assigned as a member of the Process Improvement Initiative team, which is part of the downstream strategic initiatives to streamline work processes and eliminate low and non-value-added steps. The team objective is to instill process improvement in employees' minds and enhance their productivity.

Duties & Achievements:- Served as the JV Manager for SAMREF, with a responsibility of an investment portfolio manager dealing with our Partner ExxonMobil and JV executive management.- Assisted in monetizing SAMREF as a JV by recommending a course of action on administrative, financial, operational and HR issues scheduled for consideration by SAMREF's Board of Mangers during their Board, EXCOMM and BAC meetings, or through walk-around resolutions.

Served as an assistant JV Manager for different local and international joint ventures for Saudi Aramco including SAMREF/SASREF in Saudi Arabia, Petron Corp. in Philippines, S-OIL in South Korea and SUMED pipelines in Egypt
