* Preparing financial statements* Ensure effective internal control system (ICS) is implemented as per corporate standards in finance and other related Functions in company.* Working very closely with the General Manager to support in day to day operations on financial matters*control and follow-up the customer balances and credit and reported the management by levels of debt clients Develop policies and credit and collection.*Prepare and submit reports regarding the positions and emergency to the upper management*Develop appropriate procedures for inventory and asset control and supervision of the inventory and the signing Of the minutes of the inventory, receiving and inventory delivered to the Director of Stores.

• Responsible for day to day accounting operations.• Involved in handling the roles of AP & AR.• Responsible to reconcile the general ledger of revenue accounts.• Dealing & responding the queries of clients and suppliers related to balances.• Preparing budgets and forecasting cost.• Working closely with operations department in analyzing variances & cost analysis.• Involved in month end closing process e.g. accruals, amortizations, depreciations & payroll.• Responsible to reconcile 6 bank accounts with their respective ledgers.• Interacting with bank for opening, extending LCs.• Scrutinize Suppliers ledger & their reconciliation, review the ageing & compile payment plan.• Maintaining ledgers of input/output tax to furnish the monthly VAT.• Overseeing the petty cash distribution & reconciliation.• Fully responsible for Handling of Fixed Assets Register.• Performing complex bank reconciliations periodically.• Evaluating & reporting the P&L of assigned divisions to finance manager.• Leading & coordinating with divisional accountants for the routine follow up.• Attending internal auditors & providing them with support as required.• Coordinating with the external auditor for the annual audit procedures.• Other financial tasks assigned by the management.
