 Consult with, train, and support colleges and administrative units regarding the development of quality assurance. Update, review, improve and publish the quality assurance manual and other institution handbooks.  Coordinate with University departments, unites and offices to design, improve and maintain necessary data in the E-system for supporting internal and external evaluation system.  Coordinate and conduct training on institutional effectiveness and quality assurance as needed.  Conduct workshops and plan development programs and resources that will assist faculty and staff on improving assessment practices. Support continuous enhancement in teaching, learning, research and other university activities via finding appropriate solution for any problem may face the faculty, student and administrative staff. Assist in develop and evaluation of the key performance indicators for Vice Chancellor for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation office and other Department. Collect and review the colleges’ annual reports. Find a new quality control tools, quality process and systems to maximize the efficiency of the work.  Establish efficient IE Calendar for institutional effectiveness activities and publish it in the IE portal annually.  Coordinate with other academic and administrative departments as needed to facilitate their tasks and responsibilities.  Provide and design any new template and form as needed based on the best practise and benchmarking concepts.  Provide accurate and review supported data in programs and courses E-files.  Generate institution status reports such as submission of the college annual report, program accreditation statues report, completion of the program E-file and completion of course E-file.  Design and maintain the institutional effectiveness portal.
