My portfolio was to manage the security requirements for Nakheel Projects (Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Island, Jumeirah Park, The Gardens, Garden View Villas, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, Masakin Al Furjan, Jumeirah Village Triangle & Circle, Jumeirah Heights, Badra, Veneto, Jebel Ali Village, Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall, Nakheel Pavilions, The Pointe Mall, Dragon Mart 1&2, International City and Waesan Village) & Control room Security Service, particularly CCTV Surveillance in Palm Jumeirah. My responsibilities also included budgeting, Security Tenders preparation, evaluation, standardization of security reports to the management, Annual Reports, Coordination with the local authority such as Dubai Police and CID and analyzing the security risk, creating a plan to cover the risk, asset protection, investigation, identifying inter dependencies for all departments and projects, And also I was personally responsible for all issues concerning Security industry in the Nakheel Corporate Projects.
