I have completed multiple certifications in robotics process automation (RPA) and data analytics from Automation Anywhere and Google, respectively, which have enhanced my ability to design and improve systems and processes.I am also an operations specialist at Menzies Aviation, where I optimize the efficiency and quality of airport services. I coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, such as airlines, ground handlers, and security personnel, to ensure smooth and safe operations. I also monitor and report the performance and compliance of the services, and identify and implement improvement opportunities, using data-driven approaches and RPA.
