With a passion for data science and a first-class degree in computer science in progress, I am an information technology engineer at Cardonet IT Support and Technology Services, where I provide IT solutions and support to clients across various industries. I have completed multiple certifications in robotics process automation (RPA) and data analytics from Automation Anywhere and Google, respectively, which have enhanced my ability to design and improve systems and processes.I am also an operations specialist at Menzies Aviation, where I optimize the efficiency and quality of airport services. I coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, such as airlines, ground handlers, and security personnel, to ensure smooth and safe operations. I also monitor and report the performance and compliance of the services, and identify and implement improvement opportunities, using data-driven approaches and RPA. For example, I developed and deployed an RPA solution that automated the baggage reconciliation process, reducing errors and delays by 35%. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to pursue a career in data science and contribute to innovative and impactful solutions.
