Recruitment:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.- Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments,and other hiring activities.- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.- Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets.- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress.- Overseas recruiting includes all procedures starting with issuing the visa, raising the demand, conducting the interviews, and selecting thecandidates.- Onboarding and offboarding of the employees.HR Operations:- Receiving all annual employee leaves which include, sick, death, birth, marriage, etc.- Responsible for all travel reservation procedures of all employees.- Responsible for completing all employee's requests in ERP system.- Peparing warning letters, salary certificates, end-of-service certificates, clearances, and resignation procedures.- Handling all GOSI,Moqeem and Qiwa matters.Performance Appraisal:- Performing performance appraisal procedures which include sending the evaluation forms to the department's managers and following up with their progress, and conducting discussions if there are any inquiries.Medical Insurance:- Working on all medical insurance matters, which include auditing and submitting medical insurance policy, adding new employees,and removing those who left the company.
