The Training and Community Service Center is an educational and training extension at university that offers paid primary courses and diplomas along side continuing education all across the board. My roles as a managing director of the Center include but not limited to the following:• Representing the Center inside and outside the University • Designing and administering training programs.• Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.• Hunting for and contracting with trainers, experts and consultants per the Center’s needs.• Running day to day Center’s operations consisting of thousands of trainees and students and tens of faculty and staff members.• Supervising the disbursement of approved financial receivables and the disbursement of advances to pay operating expenses.• Managing the financial aspects of the Center in terms of revenues and expenditures, approving monthly accounts of salaries and fees for the Center's employees, working on everything that perfects the performance and efficiency of the Center's employees, and approving work charters and their performance reports.
