Joined KSAU-HS College of Pharmacy as an A.IT manager in June 2012 my duties were along with the duties as an Educational Technology Project coordinator my roles were : - Created the guidelines and the infrastructural and functionality checklists for the university Campuses for the three regions (Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Ahsa) as well as inspecting these locations AV-IT infrastructure for the educational technology readiness. - Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, Operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems. - Manage and worked in the College Learning Management system.- Designed and created the college web portal. - Oversee the development and maintenance of the IT operations. - Monitor major IT projects, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT.-Plan potential resources and services. - Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet their needs. - Support College of Pharmacy events/ seminars/ symposiums technically by ensuring the best quality and performance for the IT and Audio Visual systems. - Ensure a smooth running of all ICT systems.- Mentoring and training new ICT support staff. - Served as main contact on all IT-related services for the assigned areas along with many other tasks.

Joined NGHA - in 2008 Worked on optimizing the network resources for the University and successfully improved the performance of the storage servers, designed the University EDUTECH Services Catalog which was published to support the University educational technology services to be delivered in a timely manner. Implemented a Configuration Server to which all workstations are linked, and all computer health reports are generated immediately.During my work In the Corporate Educational Technology Services department, became the project coordinator for the new University Campuses (Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Ahsa ) which include communicating with the contractors, updating the management reports and troubleshooting and eliminating the pending issues for Audio Visual systems and network and reviewing the infrastructure for all the campuses as well as all the low current systems and to make sure that these regional campuses are following the modern educational technology systems and working effectively to coordinate all efforts of the project working teams and handled as well the Edutech Audio Visual team and department in which includes supporting the university events/ seminars/ symposiums technically by ensuring the best quality and performance for the IT and Audio Visual systems along with troubleshooting and resolving the AV systems issues and evaluating the technologies along with many other tasks.

Worked as an IT supervisor And Eng. in PORT Marketing and ManagementConsultancy, which was established in Dubai in 2002, has a wide net, whichextends not only in the Gulf region but also in the Middle East and North Africa.PORT also has a net of experts expand over Europe and the two Americas.Provides consultancy services, support and assistance in IT to severalestablishments and companies in the region.

Managed the PLC (PowerLine Communication) project in Saudi.Assigned the responsibilities of Broad Band Manager in SACMAC after the successful Completion of PLC System training .Worked on encryption telephones through Voip from SELEX communication .Worked on AMR technology (Automatic Meter Reading) from IUSA systems in Mexico and became the engineer responsible for the PLC & AMR technologyWorked on the E-publishing and the E-paper product from IREX Technologies-iLiad- in Netherland. Arranged seminars and delivered the technological details at the KACST (King Abdulaziz city for science and technology), Ministry of Health and Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Communication and Information Technology Commission (CITC), Royal Commission of Jubail &Yanbau, King Saud University and SEC (Saudi Electrical Company) Arrange and deliver the Saudi Arabia- Korea business forum 2007 and introduce new Technologies like (Wibro, DMB) .
