HR start-up project, build the HR department to include all HR functions and the related policies & procedures. In addition, improving the company’s performance by revising organizational structure and work process and make the needed changes to achieve the company’s goals.

• Managing the development of Noviasat’s HR systems, policies and procedures; ensuring their effective and proper implementation.• Developing and updating Noviasat’s organizational structure as per the organizational and operational requirements.• Managing Noviasat’s HR compensation and benefits process and ensuring fairness and competitiveness with the industry.• Managing payroll activities and ensuring adherence to Noviasat’s adopted policies and procedures.• Managing recruitment and selection processes while ensuring the acquisition of high caliber employees.• Providing support in the recruitment process of high level positions; recommending candidates as per the competency based assessment outcomes.• Managing the performance appraisal system and supporting the development and implementation of its processes.• Supervising the preparation of training plans for Noviasat’s employees, ensuring the adherence of such plans with the training budget.• Supervising personnel affairs, and ensuring the prompt provision of support to Noviasat’s employees as well as employee’s adherence to the set HR policies and procedures.• Assisting in resolving escalating personnel problems according to Noviasat’s grievance policies and procedures.• Keeping abreast of latest HR trends and practices to accordingly enhance employee efficiency and effectiveness.

• Co-ordinate with the HRDF for Saudisation and ascertain from department heads the list of jobs which can be Saudised. Propose plans to replace outgoing expatriates with Saudi Nationals.• First direct search efforts to internal candidates through internal job postings. Introduce the company at universities and schools in Saudi Arabia to attract highly caliber graduates. Source local candidates from local data banks and release advertisements through local newspapers to source potential candidates for the company as required.• Review and authenticate job offers according to specifications in the job description and approved budget plans. Prepare job offers to be signed by the Executive HR Director.• Inform department heads about employees leaving the company or reaching the age of retirement and assist in making plans to replace all such employees.• Preparation of employment contracts.• Ensure all government requirements and labor laws are followed so that the company complies with all labor laws.

• Supervision of the Personnel team, in giving out the daily tasks and making sure that it’s done by acquiring the appropriate approvals.• Handling all inquiries sent to the department’s e-mail. • Preparing company official letters including employee certificates.• Handling sponsorship transfer and release requests.• Issuance and cancellation of Iqama’s.• Contacting regional offices for any case belong to the personnel department.• Preparing the personnel departments monthly and quarterly reports as well as the achievements and procedure reports.
