Also significantly improved work force planning and saved millions of dollars by swapping workforce with valid visa with those with near to expire ones. • As HR Generalist with Odebrecht, oversaw international recruitment efforts and recruited employees from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Philippines. Later conducted orientation training for employees with 30 different nationalities, ensuring cultural sensitivity. • Played key role in the successful and on time mobilization of 10K employees in just one year for the Habshan oil and gas project as HR Admin Officer with Kharafi National.
